Account and privacy
Export or permanently delete your data
Download portable records, understand retention protections, and safely delete a personal account or business workspace.
Follow the guide
Step by step
- 1
Choose what you need to manage. Profile controls your personal login and profile across every workspace; Settings > Data & privacy controls the active business workspace.
- 2
Before deleting anything, download the available JSON summary and use Import & Export when you need full operational CSV records.
- 3
To delete a personal account, open Profile and review Personal data & privacy. Schedmo checks multi-factor authentication and every workspace you own.
- 4
If you are the only owner of a workspace, transfer ownership through support or erase that workspace before deleting your personal account.
- 5
When the personal-account checks are clear, type the exact confirmation shown and confirm permanent deletion. This removes your login immediately and cannot be undone.
- 6
To close a business workspace, open Settings > Data & privacy. Only the workspace owner can start this process.
- 7
Review future appointments, unpaid invoices, active package balances, Schedmo billing invoices, processing payments, refunds, disputes, payouts, and connected-account balances.
- 8
If obligations remain, Schedmo suspends new activity and places the workspace in settlement mode. Resolve every listed item, then return and recheck readiness.
- 9
When settlement is clear, enter the exact workspace name and confirm permanent erasure. Cancelling a subscription by itself never deletes workspace data.
- 10
Financial, consent, and minimised audit evidence may be retained where legally required. Isolated encrypted backups expire on controlled schedules and cannot reactivate a deleted account.
