Set up multi-factor authentication (MFA)
Set up the verification method requested for your account and complete secure sign-ins without losing your place.

Step by step

Sign in with your email and password. If your workspace role requires additional protection, Schedmo sends you to the secure setup screen before opening the workspace.

Business owners and managers normally turn on email verification. Select Turn on email verification; your account email must already be verified.

If Schedmo shows authenticator setup, scan the QR code with a compatible authenticator app, or copy the manual setup key into the app.

Enter the current six-digit code to finish setup. Authenticator codes change every 30 seconds, so use the newest code and make sure your device time is automatic.

On a later sign-in, enter the six-digit code from the method shown on screen. Email codes can expire; request a new sign-in if the code is no longer accepted.

After successful verification, Schedmo returns you to the page you were trying to open.

Multi-factor authentication is also required before permanent personal-account deletion. Complete setup first, then return to Profile and recheck deletion readiness.

Never share verification codes, QR codes, or manual setup keys with Schedmo support or another team member.
